Pam Hicks
Pam Hicks co-founded DC Law Collective to ensure federal employees have access to trusted legal advocacy rooted in her deep public service experience. As the former Chief Counsel of a federal agency with decades of federal experience, Pam brings firsthand insight into the complexities of government systems and the need for integrity, fairness, and accountability in the workplace. Pam spent nearly 30 years in the civil service and her decision to start the DC Law Collective reflects her belief that an independent civil service is critical to providing the American public with the government they need and deserve.
Greg Pinto
Greg Pinto draws on two decades of public service, litigation, advocacy, and federal agency experience to fight for workers’ rights with smart, client-focused advocacy. As a founding partner of DC Law Collective, Greg is committed to tailoring legal strategies to each client’s unique needs — with the ultimate goal of ensuring fair, respectful, and effective representation. Greg's years of public service and in fighting in court for those who have been wronged inspired his decision to co-found DC Law Collective to protect federal employees from injustices they now face.
